Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Vintishades is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
